Optec will carry out external vulnerability scans of your managed devices to provide you with a view of your network as potential threat actors see it, enabling us to ensure secure configurations and strong network perimeters.
All Optec monitored devices will have regualr health checks carried out on them to ensure that they are configured correctly according to both CIS, NIST, ISO27001 and Optec best practices.
Optec constantly monitor every change made to supported devices. A ticket will be automatically raised for any configuration change, and we will verify the authenticity of the change with the customer before closing that ticket.
