We’re excited to officially open the doors to our new office in Cardiff! The new space will serve as the home of Optec’s Services team and the hub of our network operations.

When Optec first started, our vision was to create a more honest, real approach to IT projects. We wanted to put the people before technology to deliver sustainable, value-driven solutions that worked to solve our clients’ unique challenges. Our focus was solely on doing great work for our clients and making it enjoyable experience.

Our background made us inclined to focus on partnering with industry-leading IT security and infrastructure vendors to help our clients achieve their IT goals. However, we quickly realised we had so much more to offer our clients. We had a team of highly trained engineers specialising in areas like cybersecurity, wireless, network and implementation. So, we decided it was time to offer their expertise to clients.

Already, we’ve seen tremendous growth in our services offering, and our team continues to grow. Combined with our existing office in Silverstone, the new Cardiff office will give us enough space to accommodate our continued growth.
